Insurance Sales Producer

King Asset Protection Inc. (KAPI), a rapidly growing insurance agency based in Trevose PA, is looking for a motivated, out-going individual with excellent communication skills to become part of our team. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand KAPI’s market share (revenue and profitability) via new client sales and expansion of revenue and additional product penetration with existing clients
  • Develop a sales pipeline using the telephone, e-mail, personal networking, and cold calling to identify new business and to engage prospects
  • Qualify prospects and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting utilizing KAPI’s CRM (Client Relation Management) system.
  • Manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification, qualification, and  through the close
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide input to sales management,  product management, and marketing based on customer and prospect feedback 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A High School Diploma
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • A “Sales” personality
  • Time Management skills
  • “Follow up” and “Follow through” skills
  • Punctual
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong qualification and closing skills
  • Strong Relationship skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness, and passion
  • Highly motivated with focused ambition and drive
  • The ambition to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers
  • The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle
  • Live within a 30 Mile radius of our Trevose office
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior direct sales experience 
  • Proven professional selling skills
  • Business-to-Consumer sales experience
  • A demonstrable track record of success which includes, but is not limited to, consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Student of a professional sales process, e.g., SANDLER SYSTEMS
  • The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the sales cycle
  • A current P & C Insurance License
  • Expertise selling Insurance and Financial solutions
  • Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality sales process
  • Experience in being part of a growing organization.
  • A college degree

The primary territory for this position will be the Greater Philadelphia Area. KAPI will provide marketing, product and delivery support, ongoing product training, as well as sales training and coaching.

 

COMPENSATION

An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of salary, uncapped commission program, and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.
